"Upon arrival the facility was clean, our room was clean, the WIFI was decent. "

"The building is an older building, definitely doesn’t look like the pictures when picking a room. The room carpet, tubs and accessories are old and look like they haven’t been changed in years. The water was shut off while my wife was showering which only took a few minutes to be turned back on but was still annoyed with it. They also charge a parking fee which might be in the details but I didn’t see it when booking. "

"The stay was ok self parking is 30$ a day. The pool said heated but was still cold. The hot tub was great. The room we stayed in was ok updating them would be great."

"Check in was fast and easy. The girl at front desk was very nice and helpful. Would have given 5 stars if shower had not been broken. We let front desk know that the shower head was missing and they said they would look at it but shower was not fixed so we were unable to take shower the whole time we were there. "

"Stayed the weekend with my family. Couldn’t use the pool or hottub due to over crowding of intoxicated individuals. It was loud with intoxicated individuals partying all night, I had to call the front desk twice and eventually the police due to be threatened by another (intoxicated) guest. I had to have our room serviced twice due to the bedding smelling like urine (even after they changed it once) breakfast was less than desirable, breakfast area not stocked or cleaned from previous days use. I wouldn’t recommend a family getaway here. It seemed like it was all about the party. Super disappointed to have chosen this location for a weekend getaway with my kids. Won’t be returning and probably shouldn’t be listed on Expedia, it doesn’t really reflect well. I’ve never had such a poor experience with an Expedia reservation."

"The hotel was nice and family friendly with the beach area but there was no pool. With little ones that prefer the pool to the beach this was a huge disappointment. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is very good ! I would like more vegan options like vegan yogurt and almond milk, but overall it was a nice stay. I was a little ticked that we had to pay for parking bcuz that should be included in the hotel rate. "
