"The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of design, space, cleanliness, and helpfulness of staff. It was the best breakfast I’ve eaten in over a month and I travel constantly. Thank you! Unfortunately, we lost our car keys. The housekeeping staff who was no more than 4 feet two was our hero. We had called AAA, thinking that the key fob was inside the vehicle and after they through the window opened the door the manager came outside in the freezing cold with our keys. She explained that the housekeeping personnel had gone into the room and found them in a corner on the floor. This individual who wore a Haji and was extremely petite should be acknowledged by your organization. She saved us an immense amount of time and dollars. Please acknowledge her we are in her debt "
