Nice short stay with my family
Room Spacious room and clean. Comfortable bed with comforter. Aircond have no issue. Location Near to local facilities in the middle of city center. Surrounding Nice view, quiet plus relaxing surrounding. Amenities Basic amenities except tootbrush and ironing facility. Activities Internet speed is just ok. Tv channel is ok but my room remote not working.

Nice little family getaway
Overall experience was good for a short 3-day family trip. Location of hotel is perfect, close to nearby eateries and attractions. Only observations were used utensils after room service were left outside our door for 2 days before clearance. When we requested for ketchup during breakfast, it took the staff searching for awhile before giving to us.

The room is okay and the aircond working well. The TV channel is basic. The toilet is a bit old and needs refurbishment especially the tub (got repair cement that almost peeled off again). The water fountain not operating, otherwise may look good from the front of the hotel. Breakfast is okay for most but the rice maybe overcooked that day. Plain water has to be requested, and it maybe good to have a water dispenser in the common area instead.

They were always friendly, welcoming, and highly professional. No matter what request or inquiry I had, they went above and beyond to assist me, making me feel right at home. This level of attentive care made my stay all the more pleasant and stress-free. Next, the hotel's facilities and decor were simply outstanding. The rooms were spacious, bright, and adorned with a perfect blend of simplicity and modern elegance. The beds were incredibly comfortable and provided me with a peaceful haven for a restful night's sleep. The bathroom amenities were top-notch, offering a range of high-quality bath products, allowing me to fully unwind and relax. Exterior looks good, interior needs furnishings. More parking lots would be perfect as seminars are often held at the premises. Returned to hotel without a lot, made coupled of rounds to locate one. Parking is important to in house guests. Suggest designated lots for seminars held at the premises.

Choice Hotel For A Comfortable Stay
It was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall satisfied. The only complaint if any is that the room was not very sound proof. You could hear the water running in the next door bathroom and will disturb you if your neighbour is an early bird.

When people say this is the best hotel in Batu Pahat, it's true. It may look old but everything is great. The decor is grand, the room is nice and the staff are very efficient. There was a problem with my door and it was fixed immediately after I informed the staff. I would most definitely come back when I visit again.

Das Frühstück war gut und hier sollte jeder etwas für seinen Geschmack finden können. Das Personal war freundlich. Der Zustand des Badezimmers war sehr enttäuschend. Beim Spülen kam Wasser aus der Leitung, außerhalb der Schüssel. Die Badewanne hätte auch sauberer sein können. Die Lüftung / Klima ließ sich nicht kontrollieren, so dass man abends in ein total kaltes Zimmer kam. Hat leider dazu geführt, dass ich nachts trotz fast 30* Außentemperatur vor Kälte nicht schlafen konnte.
