DEAD BIRDS IN POOL

Rooms were dirty and there were dead birds in the pool. Tried to get a refund and never got anything back even though we checked out early from our 4 night to a 1 night.

Worst Stay Ever

It was the most uncomfortable stay away from home I’ve ever experienced the rooms were very small, dirty the rooms was funky smelling carpet was dirty and smelled like urine . is absolutely ridiculous the owner talked with us and his attitude toward customer service was very In humane!! People outside your rooms all night playing music!! I did not feel safe and comfortable at all they totally misrepresented the place!! I would not recommend this place at all

The property is clean and maintained. The motel is next to a Loves truck stop and Arby’s. Other fast food are a short ride. This is a mid range motel and was satisfactory. My only complaint was the lady who checked me in, was on a private call the entire time. It took her awhile to find my reservation. Morning staff was good.

Very friendly staff, room was clean, shower and wifi all working. I booked the largest room and it certainly was spacious, the only downside was the poor lighting in the room. But for the cost it was a lot better than expected.

The property staff literally fussed at me for requesting sheets when I arrived that didn't have very disgusting stains. They were smelly and when I finally got new ones they had no smell...but they "change them every morning". The pool was closed for 3 weeks and they cleaned it on my checkout day which sucked because it was the reason I booked for my kid. To top it off, a very antsy woman who I assume is the property manager kept disturbing me during check in about how I "didn't have a rebooking"... Which was absolutely weird considering that's their responsibility to keep their books in order.

The bedspreads were so sheer you could see through them. They were stained as well. Nothing about this room made us feel welcomed and comfortable. However the staff was amazing. Doing the best they can with what the owners gave them.

It was very unsafe when I arrived a lady was at the front desk requesting a certain room number and later check out time also the vibe was not a good one off the lady checking in . Unclean area . There was people outside at 10:30-11pm drinking playing music . We got into the hotel and it smelled no soap nothing and toilet paper almost out . The bathroom door in room 155 is missing half of the bottom of the door like a dog chewed on the door . I would not stay there again. What the pictures looked like online vs what the room actually looked like was not the same . Was very disappointed in what I paid and how the hotel was . I never stayed in a hotel and been so disappointed in how it was and felt unsafe .

I was disappointed when I arrived after being told at the front desk that this was a non smoking room, when I entered not only did it reek of cigarettes but also pot..my daughter has real bad asthma and within about ten minutes we had to leave because her breathing became labored. I will never stay at this hotel again. I took my kids and we went and found another hotel that was safer and cleaner.

Disappointed

The lady at the front desk is really nice. She always is as I stay here often. My room was just nasty. There were roaches crawling on the walls, bathroom counter, and bathroom wall. The shower curtain had blood stains, the sheets were dusty and had cigarette burns. Why are there cigarette burns on a bed in a non smoking room. I literally couldn't sleep because I was trying to make sure roaches didn't crawl on me.

Arrived at the hotel to check-in. OYO did not have the room available I reserved on Expedia. Front desk canceled the reservation, stating I would receive a refund from Expedia. I was still charged for the room, due to the hotel “cancelation policy.” This hotel is a dump at first glance. Random people walking around the parking lot late at night. Police presence for obvious reasons. Management obviously doesn’t care about customer service, just charging unsuspecting guests for hotel rooms they cannot fulfill. Expedia should not allow this hotel on their platform.

Never again

This was one of the most disgusting rooms I have ever stayed in. There was dried blood in the bathtub, the floors were not swept, there was someone else’s food in the fridge, and on top of that they left us 2 wash cloths and no full size towels. The pipe behind the toilet was constantly leaking so the bathroom floor was wet. It is nearly impossible to get into direct contact with an OYO front desk or anyone from OYO because of their automated system. We also could not use the Wi-Fi because a code was not provided to us and when we finally went to ask for the code it was wrong. Luckily, we barely were in the room as we were in town for an event. If it was a longer stay, I would have found a new hotel.
