"The room had a weird smell, the room service app stopped working, so I couldn't order room service, and the neighboring room was loud and obtrusive all night. That's the negatives. Other than that, it was ok. There wasn't a fridge in the room though, so that was bad. I walked down to the front desk to inquiry why the room service app was broken, they didn't know and said I could just go into the restaurant to eat instead, which defeats the person of working in my room. Next door, there were a bunch of college aged boys, they were loud drunk and having races down the hall all night and stumbling into my room door on accident.... & this was a Wednesday. The room looked clean, but there was a weird, unfresh smell about it, like it needed to be aired out more. The furniture was a little old and scuffed, but not too bad. My room rate was heavily discounted because I purchased last minute, so I am ok with my stay, but I would be upset if I had paid full price."
