"I might be repeating myself but this is the gem of Baton Rouge and very well located. Try to get a river view with a balcony. I want to add something about my stay on Monday night April 27, the night of the most recent Bob Dylan show at the River Center Theater. I arranged an after party at the bar on street level with all invited. The sales staff could not have been better and the 2 wonderful bar tenders were the absolute best. I and the other guests had a great experience. Thank you so very much!"

"Room issues that staff tried hard to help resolve. Squeaky beds. No movies channels on TV Hard to set room temp Running water noise in the wall at the head of the bed."

"The staff were very nice however the property was awful. Our room was over 80 degrees. Maintenance was unable to fix it so the staff was able to move us to a different room however the hallway on the third floor remained over 80 degrees for both days. The hotel room only had one towel and again staff were able to provide more but that shouldn’t be something to ask for. There was no soap in the shower or bathroom. The carpet was sticky in the room though the sheets were clean. In our second room where the ac did work, it was so loud it shocked us awake multiple times at night. The pool was closed completely. The property didn’t have breakfast available due to other issues. Overall the property is in desperate need of a complete overhaul. Whoever classified this as a 3 star hotel needs to come and re evaluate."

"The room had a weird smell, the room service app stopped working, so I couldn't order room service, and the neighboring room was loud and obtrusive all night. That's the negatives. Other than that, it was ok. There wasn't a fridge in the room though, so that was bad. I walked down to the front desk to inquiry why the room service app was broken, they didn't know and said I could just go into the restaurant to eat instead, which defeats the person of working in my room. Next door, there were a bunch of college aged boys, they were loud drunk and having races down the hall all night and stumbling into my room door on accident.... & this was a Wednesday. The room looked clean, but there was a weird, unfresh smell about it, like it needed to be aired out more. The furniture was a little old and scuffed, but not too bad. My room rate was heavily discounted because I purchased last minute, so I am ok with my stay, but I would be upset if I had paid full price."
