"Apparently the house cleaning doesn’t clean rooms. You have to request a full cleaning. They would replenish our room with two towels which is not enough for a women who needs two per shower. Over all dissatisfied with the stay. Valet took 25-35 mins to bring cars up. Front desk staff didn’t really understand that not cleaning a hotel room was not acceptable."

"The breakfast was better than most cheaper properties. However the staff is kind of overbearing. The ac in the room was just ok and the shower never got hot! Also deposit required. "

"Crystal was a gem! We arrived about 1AM and she was cheerful and kind. She got us checked in quickly offered us amenities before we left the desk. She followed up the next day with a text message checking on our stay and if we needed anything to, please let her know. Rooms were clean, well lit and clean towels every day. I look forward to staying there again on another visit."

"Room was clean and pretty big for the price as it came with like a little living area. Staff was super nice. Parking was easy. Seemed like a safe area although we didn’t go out and about. Traveled with myself (woman and 3 kids) and I didn’t feel unsafe. Breakfast could have more variety but it did come with a hot breakfast. "

"The rooms need to be updated. The bathrooms are small and the sink is out in the open, no privacy. It would be beneficial to have table or a desk for eating. Would also suggest a TV that swivels."
