The room WIFI wasn't working (important to international travelers). After 30 minutes of trying, went to the front desk, where they said it wasn't working. They did give us the staff login, but I thought this was something that could have been mentioned at check-in.

Great newly refurbished room, perfect for our needs. Worst designed shower though, seriously needs either a door on it or a better 'rubber edge' which actually stops the water from going all over the bathroom floor. Ben Chifley Motor Inn
