"New hotel so everything was clean. Great ambience. Very near to Batam Centre Ferry Terminal. Staff was friendly, helpful - amazing service. Hotel smells great. A good breakfast spread. I particularly love the Indomie counter. Pastries taste excellent. Will be back here again and hopefully experience the same or even better overall. Kudos to the whole team!"
