There is no common space or breakfast room. No one helped to check out. The laundry room which services the entire hotel is dirty. Noted homeless people staying under the exterior stair. Booked with Expedia which rates 8.2. Honestly don’t know how it gets rated with this high rating. Very disappointed and Certainly not...

"Everything was awesome and went amazing aside from hotel staff coming into our room despite having the do not disturb sign on the door. We had told them we didn’t need house keeping as we were there for a few days and would just request towels if needed. Our wet towels were folded and put back on the shelf that were hung to dry and personal belongings moved around but nothing appeared to have been cleaned , garbages emptied , or anything else. "The room and hotel itself was good. My room was clean. The beds were comfy. My only concern was there was a very loud intoxicated guest a few doors down(cops involved) and I probably only slept about an hour and left at 3:30 AM as there’s no way I could sleep. The staff was there by himself and did a great job trying to control the situation, but it still was very loud and disturbed a lot of guests."
