"The room was great. The staff wasn't nice as I expected. The location was awesome just 3 minutes walk by train station. But people around there look so scared. Most of them stirred at us. It was a really new experience in my life. Nice hotel anyway."

"The hotel is not in proper operation, it's outdated, had an odd, unfair conditioned small elevator. No air conditioning in lobby or room halls so you arrive being welcomed by irritated front desk staff. Hotel room A/C units were weak in the middle of summer, loud and has a bright light on your face while you sleep. The drapes are not room darkening either . The body towels are the size of large hand towels, a big joke. Don't bother to ask for additional items as the staff is unhelpful and...

"The staff were very kind, but unfortunately my room had a serious bed bug infestation. I woke up with painful bites all over my legs and had to see a doctor after I checked out. The doctor even found a bed bug in my luggage. If I hadn't discovered it in time, I could have brought the infestation to my friend's home, where there is a small child. What made the experience even more upsetting was that on the first night I was told the bites were caused by mosquitoes because I had left the window...
