Hot room. Hair in the bathtub. No choice but to use valet parking. Which personally i didnt mind but my husband did. I cleaned the hair up myself. Literally got the room for the tub to soak my aching bones. The bed was well used and needs to be replaced. For being a 4 star hotel I wasn't super impressed. The amenities were good though. And despite thw worn out mattress I was still comfortable enough to sleep well. Staff was friendly

The location and the hotel itself is perfect - I would definitely recommend it to people. It is also close to Airport Shuttle Bus pick up location - so if you need this, you should book this hotel area. Staff was all friendly. I am glad I booked through Expedia - because booking through the hotel directly would be 30 percent more expensive :)

Inside rooms are very quiet, but you can't open the window and the airconditioning might be set for a different mode for the season. It was uncomfortable warm. A/C was in heating mode only. The hotel really tried to make us comfortable though. Outside facing rooms were more comfortable because of opening windows, however they were very noisy, even with the windows closed.

The best bed I’ve ever slept in

My check in experience was disappointing but the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. We arrived by rental car and my husband had to go return it while I checked in. I had two rolling suitcases with small bags on top, plus an armload of smaller stuff and jackets that we’d had loose in the car. I also wasn’t feeling well, but they wouldn’t necessarily have known that. I was struggling a bit with the suitcases on the cobblestones and the employee at the door made no attempt to help me. Check in is on the ground level but the elevators to the guest floors are up about 7 stairs. There were approximately 5 men who looked like employees or security officers standing around and no one made any attempt to help me up the stairs as I (a 30s woman) made multiple trips with my luggage. By the time I got to my room I was extremely annoyed. But I got into the bed and both the mattress (2 singles with a king topper) and the pillows were luxurious and honestly perfect. The front desk was later very helpful and the hotel is in a very convenient location.

This hotel did not meet our expectations, there were many issues that certainly could be improved to make the guests' experience better. -To start the parking situation is a joke, the "valet" attendants were rarely available either when we walked by or when we needed them. Parking is not on site, it's across the street at a parking garage and it costs 150TL per day. -The room was ok, the bed was fine but the shower/tub leaked water even after we were done showering. -The pool is a nice bonus but you have to have a swimming cap if you want to swim or you can buy one from the attendant for 150TL. -The gym is non-existent, it's literally a few cardio machines tucked in the back area by the pool showers. -The spa is also non-existent, there is no spa. -Breakfast was average, yes they do offer several egg options (scrambled, omelet, hard boiled) but these were always cold except for the hard boiled eggs. -The coffee served during breakfast is filtered coffee and it's very weak. There's actually an espresso machine at the bar but they don't even offer this coffee option, not even at an extra cost. -The breakfast was supposed to start at 7am but the setup was rarely entirely ready by that time.

An affordable and clean hotel

Nice and clean hotel with a very good central location to all the resturants and shops downtown. Very good beds to sleep in. There is an indoor car park opposite the hotel, where guests can park their cars for free. Personel was very nice and trying to be helpful. Very satisfied overall.
