"The Hotel is in a fabulous location in the historical part of Valencia however despite it being centuries old our room was a grey concrete painted box. Our room was a good size, very dark with an open bathroom! Not sexy at all when you’re travelling with a friend!! when getting ready, one of us had to brush our teeth with our eyes shut as the other one had a shower. There is a fridge in the wardrobe with a couple of soft drinks, one packet of crisps, and one tin of olives. This was meant to be...

"Wonderful hotel I enjoyed it very much. Everything was perfect with the exception that we booked four nights through Expedia and included breakfast. Once there, I realize that I was unable to eat most of the food on the menu and asked at Reception if I could cancel the additional breakfast portion, I was told at the hotel that they were were unable to do this and that I would have to contact Expedia. I did contact Expedia. They were very kind and very helpful and called the hotel to tell them...

"The room was a very nice size compared to some hotels we have stayed in. It was clean and comfortable. The locatiom was fantastic. We could walk out the door to the one of the city center squares and have drinks, coffee, tapas. It had a beautiful view of the cathedral. Drawbacks: The oven was not working, so they did not provide hot foods in the restaurant. We were able to get drinks, olives, chips mostly. The front desk was just ok friendly, not really what I would expect from a hotel. ...

De hotelkamers zijn ruim en schoon. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam en er is een goede ontbijtvoorziening."

"It was nice and staff (all young) was very welcoming and helpful, We did not know about Las Falla when we arrived. It made navigating the city difficult, but it was a very interesting time in the city. The facility was nice, spacious enough and updated."

"It is a nice hotel in great location with courteous and helpful staff. Was slightly mislead by the pictures of the upgrade room we chose. We thought we were getting a really large room with a canopy bed. Instead we got a small room with a large outside terrace. The terrace was a little shabby and could use a little love but it was a nice place to sit in the fantastic weather we had.
