"Great location Beautiful views Staff amazing, did all they could to accommodate any requests Villa 14 didnt meet my expectations unfortunately. Needs renovating and the ant infestation was a problem. Bedroom lacked a mirror and is small in comparison to lounge. I would have liked a slightly larger bedroom, smaller lounge. Bedroom had no space to put your suitcase But cant fault it overall I think we got unlucky with a tired looking villa. "

"Gorgeous estate about an hour from Capetown. Top of the line amenities, lodging and excellent restaurants. Sunset views, vineyards and mountains. Staff was very well trained and no nickel and diming . Quiet and peaceful stay after a few hectic days in Capetown. Highly recommend. "

"Fantastic hotel in a great location in Stellenbosch within walking distance to restaurants and bars. Staff were a pleasure and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. A real shame that there was major building work going on at the property next to this one as it did mean we couldn't really enjoy our balcony or the pool area as it was so noisy - it would have been good to have been advised of this in advance of the stay. "My husband and I stayed five nights end of April 2026 at Coopmanhuijs. From check in to check out, the staff made our visit perfect. We stayed in room #11. The room was super clean, the bathroom very spacious, and the little balcony to relax in the evening was perfect.
