The hotel and staff are simply amazing! They make you feel at home, safe, and taken care of. They take the time to get to know their guests and personalize their experience as much as possible. They do a fantastic job at facilitating everything from restaurant reservations, to transportation around town, tours, and transfer in and out of Atins. The food at the hotel is the best we had in all of Atins! Their breakfast in particular is phenomenal! Special shout out to Sol, one of the girls at reception, that went above and beyond to make our week in Atins a one of a kind experience! We can’t recommend this hotel more!!!

Great Hotel!

The hotel is great! I would stay here again. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and willing to help with everything. The breakfast is delicious and you have a great variety of choices, loved the way is presented. The person that helped us at the house at the beach cooked a really nice meal for us using the local ingredients, he was always smiling. We had some problems with the hot water in the shower but it wasn’t a big deal for us. Overall it’s a great place to explore the Lençóis. Thanks for all!

Not the luxury we were hoping for but a nice space close to Lencoise Maranhenses. Staff were very helpful organising tours & making recommendations in the local area. Airport transfers were very well organised & punctual. Food in the restaurant was nice but limited options (especially breakfast which was very disappointing). Service in general was exceptionally slow.

Hôtel magnifique, piscine très agréable, restaurant délicieux, personnel à l’écoute, Seul petit bémol quelques grenouilles qui se sont invitées dans la sdb mais personnel réactif pour nous aider.

A la ferme de georges tem uma estrutura muito agradavel, principalmente para quem ama a natureza e quer algo minimalista sem abrir mão do conforto. Nao é um hotel barato, mas tambem nao é o mais caro de Atins. Acredito que a estrutura seja o ponto alto: o hotel é agradavel e os quartos sao gigantes. em termos de pontos de melhoria, acredito que a equipe poderia ser um pouco mais pro-ativa: no nosso caso, tinhamos marcado de ir jantar no espaço anexo proximo à praia, reservamos com a antecedencia solicitada e quando chegamos la, nao tinha ninguem. Pontos que considero problematicos: 1. se houve um imprevisto, o correto a fazer e avisar os hospedes para que eles nao percam a viagem de caminhar ate o local e tambem se programem para jantar em outro local; 2. uma vez que houve o imprevisto, seria de bom trato entrar em contato com os hospedes e oferecer uma outra data; nem 1, nem 2 foram feitos. o café da manha é bom, mas sem grandes emoções ou mesmo alteracoes ou fartura, sem contar que coisas mais basicas como colocar o guardanapo na mesa ou trocar o prato entre o doce e o salgado acabam sendo ignorados. O bar da piscina abre no horario mais inconveniente possivel, entao torna-se um convite para nao ser utilizado, alem do que, nao é possivel almocar na pousada se vc estiver la as 15… A equipe é atenciosa, educada e busca ajudar. A pousada poderia ter serviço de transfer.
