Hallo, Das Zimmer 5 ist das gefragtesten, weil es einen schönen Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool, den Pinienwald und das Meer hat. An manchen Abenden können die Leute länger anhalten und sich unterhalten, aber niemand ist überwältigend laut. Wenn Sie besonders empfindlich sind, ist es besser, es bei der Buchung zu melden, um eine angemessenere Vereinbarung zu erhalten. Wenn er uns sein Unbehagen erzählt hätte, hätten wir den Zimmerwechsel vorgeschlagen, denn unser Ziel ist es, unseren Gästen das Beste zu geben.

Thank you for toyr review about our hotel: for us it's always important to know our guests'opinions; thanks to your suggestions, we can improve our services. We are sorry that you didn't appreciate the room we assigned and when we got this information, we promptly offer you a room change, that you did not accept! Regarding the surrounding area, unluckily, during the first night of your stay, the gardener was cutting the grass in front of your room and he was pleased to stop by one of our guest and did it immediately without thinking to revover toìhe place. To apologise for this discomfort we offered you two drinks but no discounts. For the future, we suggest you to communicate the reception or the hotel manager if you have any discomfort so they can immediately take care and try to solve the problem.

Bonjour Alain et merci de votre gentil commentaire. Pour c'est trés important de satisfaire nos hotes et nous travaillons tous le jours avec cet objectif. Concernant les endroits et le plages, c'est vrai que en Ogliastra on peut trouver des plages sauvages et avec peu de personnes meme en aout!
