"When we checked out we left a few things behind unbeknownst to us until I received a personal call from the staff letting me know. We were planning to come back after our cruise so they were very accommodating to save our belongings"

"Exquisite hotel in old town Bari. It is centrally located, so it made it easy to tour beautiful Old Town Bari. The hotel has an interesting history - it is part of a former Palazzo of the noble Calo family. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff were extremely helpful. Our flight coming in got in very late (long after reception closed)- they provided clear instructions to get into the hotel and into our room without issue. On our way home, the flight left very late as well. They...

"This was a great place to stay after our train ride into Bari. It’s a short walk from the station and food options were close by. The room was clean and communication was great. My husband had left his AirPods behind and they messaged to let us know."

"Very convenient location. It's just across the street from Bari Central Station. We couldn't hear outside noise when we closed the window.
Twin Room with balcony was simple but very clean and spacious. Towels were good quality.
Breakfast was quite basic, delivered to our room with choice. They prepared our breakfast the day before for our early morning leaving."

"The room is spacious, new and clean. Complimentary snacks and drinks provided and plenty of towels available. It’s a short walk to both old town and train station. Also close to airport shuttle bus stops. The only thing was an odd smell when the ventilation is on in the bathroom so we just turned it off. Also you can hear water running when used by other guests in different rooms but it wasn’t a massive issue. An extra chair would be nice given it’s a triple room. Overall a great stay and would...

"We loved this place! You can't beat the location. You step outside and you're right in the middle of everything.
The inside of the unit was very clean, updated, and had great amenities.
There is no front desk but there is no need for one. The host is very responsive in assisting you in giving detailed information for whatever you need. He even booked a taxi for us at 4:00 a.m. to get back to the airport!"
