"I loved the experience and the kids too. There was snow everywhere, I didn't expect it and being from Florida its a wow experience. The staff was nice and able to accommodate us very fast. I like that the place is old school, not too much digitalization and very well located for onenight experience. They have an elevator, very convinient as well. There is a small.market nearby for a quick grab and go. I felt the humidity in the room. I was a little itchy just because the humidity of the area affects my allergies, but for others this might not be a bother. I would recomme d to use softener when washing the towels, they were really hard on the skin, specially if you are traveling with kids. They smelled clean and the room and mattress were very clean,. Very convinient the restaurant and they make really nice food. The breakfast was very good as well. It is worth it."

"A wonderful hotel and helpful staff. The room was one-of-a-kind: large, high painted ceilings, balcony. Room 115. Dinner at Serrae was phenomenal. This is a must-do. Beyond anything I’d ever had before. The breakfast was thorough and better than most hotels. Service was five star from everyone. "

"They let us check in early, staff was nice. I wanted to get rid of our rental car, said there was no airport shuttle. The room was stifling hot. There was no air con, had to open window, got smoke from outside smoking area and down the hall. Disco started at 2130 and continued to 0230, then loud voices in parking lot to 0430. Not much sleep. Will try breakfast and find my way to airport. Do not advise staying here unless you are a smoker and not in need of rest"

"We had 5 nights there. The room’s power circuit breaker would trip around 11:30 pm every night, and we would sleep without power. Also, there was a very slow shower drain, and a puddle of water would form afterward. Reported the issue, but not resolved, but changed the room on the final night. Breakfast was one of the best we have seen during our visit; the Staff were friendly!"

"It was difficult to get to this place as it is a ways out of the way, but beautiful property with amazing staff. Breakfast has a variety of selection. "
