"Had a beautiful stay at this property on our albania trip. We really enjoyed the stay, the food and the place. The staff was so helpfull and friendly the whole atmosphere is serene from the town and the internet was really good. The breakfast was starting at 8 clock, we had to leave at 7:30 for the boat ride, they arranged breakfast early just for us that was really appreciatable. And was so tasty!! I would really recommend this place."

The toilet so close to the shower was curious, the bed a little uncomfortable (adding a soft cushion could increase the options), small details that can be improved. The place was really nice, and the staff was attentive. Recommended however."

"We had to change room during our stay and the personal had no compassion for this inconvinience. Also the staff at the hotel played really loud personal music everywhere at the hotel. The room, specially the bathroom was not clean. Would not recommand anybody to stay at this hotel."

"The hotel is lovely, a mix of traditional and modern, with a beautiful garden. The staff were all charming and really helpful. This is a fantastic place to stay in the centre of Shkoder but in a very quiet location."
