I stayed several days and found it to be quite pleasant. I especially enjoyed the breakfast every morning. Everything is a short walk away. I would happily stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay in Shkoder. The hotel was conveniently situated between the Castle and the city centre. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. However, the hotel is in need of modernisation, rooms are basic and mine was quite noisy. My room was cheap, so represented reasonable value for money.

It’s an okay hotel, midway between city center and the castle. Okay breakfast, room was clean but kinda old amenities, the photos look better than reality

Great value for money

Friendly and English speaking reception. Hotel is located in a good position and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Private bathroom. No bigger complaints about anything really. Price is affordable and you will get a great and friendly service in more than satisfactory conditions.

We spent 2 good night in this hotel. The room was normal, the bed ok. The service was really nice and kind : there was the Wi-Fi the first night but they fixed the problem very quickly and we changed the room for the 2nd night for a bigger one. They also washed our clothes for free.

Good value for money

Room was basic but clean. No door or curtain for the shower so the bathroom got completely flooded. About a 20 minute walk into Shkoder centre and 30 minutes walk to Rozafa castle.

Not bad, should be better with disabled people

Not bad nice room but no fridge. WIFI GOOD. My son has a disability and makes a lot of noise. Inevitably someone has to come to tell me he is noisy - I know, I've lived with it for 18 years I experience it closer than other people. Accept that some people are louder than others and can't help it, such as babies.

Disappointing

The rooms' A/C is lousy. The staff at the reception kept on telling me I did not pay (even though I did in advance) because they did not look at the correct one (didn't matter I insisted that I have paid already). The young guy at the reception was nice and he changed the room for me as the A/C did not work, but the lady in the morning was rude and unpolite and when I asked to buy two bottles of water, she kept on asking me who I was, what is my name, what is the room number etc. in a very unpolite way, even though I just came down the stairs. Basically she ruined any fragment of nice service there might have been. If they send you to a local restaurant not far away, watch out that they will keep on telling you that they don't like to give a lot of food, in other words, dishes are small and prices are very big! (Just look for another restaurant)

A éviter. Un hôtel qui aurait du potentiel s'il était nettoyé et entretenu. Si nous n'avions pas déjà payé nous ne serions pas restés. Installation électrique vétuste et à la limite du danger, locaux très sales.

El personal nos recibió encantador. Estuvimos muy pocas horas por lo que tampoco podemos valorar demasiado. Las camas eran cómodos y el alojamiento tenía todo lo necesario

Esta muy bien indicado, hay un cartel con el nombre del hotel al entrar en la ciudad. No hay ascensor, un problema si tienes movilidad reducida o llevas mucho equipaje y un bebé (este es mi caso). Desayuno mejorable, café bueno pero sin variedad.
