"A perfect place for exploring Plymouth. Very friendly service, clean rooms."

"The room was utilitarian, at best, and cold. Staff were unable to get the heat turned on. After 2 days of requests a space heater was finally provided."

"Very nice Breakfast and good service."

"The rooms were large and clean. The staff were very friendly and so happy to help with any questions or help needed!!"

"Good central location. Clean and good facilities. Fine for a couple of nights. Centrally located with plenty within easy walking distance. Let down by poor checking process where I was outside the property but with no instructions. Had to call thankfully all quickly resolved."

"A Few Things That Could Be IMPROVED I would like to warn future guests who are planning to use the swimming pool and spa facilities about something that we found very inconvenient during our stay. There is no direct indoor access connecting the accommodation (the apartments) to the swimming pool and spa area. Bathrobes are not provided either. This meant that every time we wanted to use the pool or spa, we had to get dressed, walk there in our clothes, change, and then carry dry clothes with...

"Staff was easily approachable and good communication"

"Lovely scenic area around the property. Very quiet, clean and American style motel."

"We were a little disappointed with our stay and are surprised by the number of positive comments. While our room itself was clean enough, the rest of the property would benefit from a serious deep clean. The carpets on the stairs were heavily ingrained with dirt. We were also surprised to find that the dining area was carpeted, which seems an unusual and impractical choice for a breakfast room. The carpet was very dirty and had a musty smell, and there were crumbs scattered around when we came...

"The property doesn't have its own parking. There is free parking available on the street parallel to the entrance but this wasn't clear from the description. I appreciated the keyless nature of the accommodation. The gate lock can be a bit tricky to open. The room was clean and the bathroom was fantastic. They provide some food in the small lounge but I couldn't see anything gluten free."

"Beautiful location and building."

"The apartment was really lovely and as described and perfect for our birthday celebration. Unfortunately, when we arrived there was a lot of broken glass all over the balcony which we didn’t realise until we stepped on it barefoot. We couldn’t find the outside bins as they were not where described. The access to the property in the evening was stressful as it is located in a very busy bar area which had people queued up to get. Security wouldn’t let us in to get to the apartment and we had to...

"The property is stunning, with views to die for, and it is so quiet! The staff were so helpful, warm and welcoming! The only critism we have is the bathroom facility in the disabled bathroom. No shaver socket working, and the floor looked as if it needed a good power wash. We would go back and stay tomorrow."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Great food. Comfortable bed. And I loved that there was a good amount of tea and coffee sachets in the bedroom ☺️"
