"Communication with the property management was very easy. Franchesca was very helpful, accommodating and professional."

"Excellent location. The Central Market was only a 2–3 minute walk away, and Santa Maria del Fiore was about a 5–6 minute walk. The property was spacious enough for four people. The washer and dryer were very convenient, and the air conditioning worked well, which made our trip much more comfortable."

"Very close to the famous duomo. PRO: lots of restaurants nearby and tons of shops. You can easily just go to a restaurant in front of the place and see the duomo. There is a washer and lots of hangers which is convenient if you are staying a few days. Shampoo and soup are provided as well as towels. Bed is big. Living room area is decent and kitchen is well stocked. CON: trouble with check in because of communication problems, i waited an hour outside. Make sure to add their WhatsApp, it's...

"Todo 10 de 10 . La atencion, el lugar, ubicación. No podria ser mejor. Ampliamente recomendado.."

Lastly, the soundproofing is nonexistent; every conversation upstairs, every piece of furniture moved, and every passerby outside came through clearly as if they were in the apartment. Despite the great location, we would not stay...

"Great place in heart of Florence. Had more space than we thought it would. Everything is within walking distance. Great food choices and markets near by."

"The apartment was spotless and clean. The location was very convenient and five minutes walk to the city centre."

"My 2nd time staying here and i will come back again had a good experience both time and the location was convenient for the places i was going to near by."
