Only one issue we had "No Hot water" most of our visit due to the solar heating of water it had been overcast little sun. We were told they turned on heater but still cold. Please don't let that keep you from staying the positives do OUTWEIGH ANY negatives. We absolutely loved our room and stay. Thank you for a wonderful time especially...

"We loved our stay at Southern Palms! The resort was in a perfect location, being on the beach and also in the Gap. It was quiet (no noise from the Gap), had a great atmosphere, two pools to enjoy, great staff and was very clean. We ate at the restaurant twice and the staff were able to accommodate my allergy. "The hospitality was amazing, since it is a new hotel we did have the occasional fire alarm going off in the morning but that was only on the first two nights. Other than that the Hotel was amazing, beautiful pool that overlooked the ocean. Perfect location with plenty of shops and restaurants close. The staff was amazing, extremely welcoming, and provided great service the entire week"

"The rooms were amazing. The bedroom was separate from the kitchen and it had a family room with a TV. The room was spotless and the kitchen came with everything you would need to make meals. The Gap was walking distance with plenty of restaurants and entertainment. You had to cross a street for the beach. There was plenty of chairs. There are 3 pools and all well maintained. The restaurant on site was excellent. Everyone working here at Divi were pleasant and hospitable. I have no complaints....
