"Arrived at the hotel but the man could not locate our reservation albeit we had only booked a few minutes before. He suggested we were at the wrong hotel but then showed us to the room. He wasn’t very friendly! We left the hotel at 8:45am but the reception was closed and nobody around. We called a phone number twice that was on the door but nobody answered so we had to leave the key on a hook on the door!!"

Das Hotel wäre voll mit Kindern, und außerdem gäbe es auch keinen Vertrag mit hotels.com. Wir mussten ein anderes Hotel suchen. Dank hotels.com haben wir den Betrag rückerstattet erhalten ."
