"Assez déçue par le confort qui n’est pas à la hauteur d’un relais château 4 étoiles. Immeubles vétustes et moquettes tachées. Aucune serviette à disposition au niveau de la thalasso et pas de presse dans l’hôtel. Aucune anticipation des besoins des clients (on doit demander constamment). Plus de produit douche dans la salle de bain à notre arrivée. Le sens du service est vraiment à revoir. Je suis habituée de ce genre d’établissement et là vraiment je trouve que ce n’est pas à la hauteur."
