The staff and management is not as friendly and professional as you will find in four or five-stars. The breakfast buffet was disappointing--but the quality of the food was not terrible, just average or a little below average."

My booking with you for this property was denied saying that they don’t have any such booking and they don’t work with Travelocity. I suggest that you stop selling for them immediately. And of course reimburse the charges you did on my card as I had to stay elsewhere at the last moment and pay for that."
