1) Poor location.
2) Request for 1 extra access card, need 300 bhat.
3) Charging drinking water without informing price.
4) My sister & I stay for 4D3N. First night we request for mineral water, the receptionist said need to pay money. Then we bought it ourselves from 7-11. Second night we request for mineral water with another receptionist, we has been told that, we can contact the operator when our water are finished & he will send it to us. But then, we didn’t make any calls & request for it. Because we bought it ourselves again. Third day when we back to hotel after room cleaning in the evening. We saw the water has been refilled, then we just drink it without further doubts. Last day when we checked out in the 7:00am morning, the staff said we need to pay 120 bhat for extra drinking water.
5) When I request for receipt, he said no receipt will be given.
6) Conclusion, not satisfied with the hotel services. I won’t recommend it to me friend.
