Dear Guest, Thank you for letting us know the details of your recent stay with us. We have reviewed the points you have made with our service team and can clarify the following : First case : After reviewing your guest folio, it appears that you booked 1 Triple Room for 3 pax during Feb.7-10, 2019. On Feb. 7, 2019, you & your group total 4 pax check-in. Our staff informed you that you have to pay THB600.-per night for extra person NO extra bed. You accepted our offer. So, we provided extra pillow, towel and amenities as agreement. Second case: On Feb. 10, 2019 after you check-out from the hotel, you informed our staff that you forgot Cherry in your room. Our staff immediately check everything in your room but he found nothing. We are sure that you misunderstood. Third case: Our hotel has been established since 2013, this place is very nice & clean. No comments / No complaints from guests regarding mystery or ghost in the hotel. We take these comments seriously. We are unclear of how you would expect from the hotel. Our property is located at quiet housing zone good for rest and very nearly pratunam market by walk only 50 meter. Anyway we so sorry. Get comfortable,if we can we will do at best.
