Dear ID, We're very sorry for your unpleasant experience, about the cleaning problem, the staff in charge has been punished for his carelessness. And I'm also sorry for the taxi and food offering, the days you stay in our place are Songkran festival in Thailand, it becomes much harder to get taxi during those days, even to local Thai people, they often face the condition that taxi drivers refuse to go far (even it's not far at all) or bargain a expensive price to them. It's really uneasy to control this condition despite we try to do it for our customers.... And for the food offering part, usually we order food for the customers from our neighbors, they make very tasty Thai dishes and they are also very kind people, that's why we choose to work with them rather than preparing food to the customers ourselves (they can do much better than us and the restaurant outside), however one thing we didn't expect is that they are just a normal family, like we call mom and pop shops, they still told us they will open yesterday, and they close today for unknown reason, we will consider to renovate a simple kitchen in the future. Again, we're really sorry that we fail your expectation, and we are very thankful that you give us the chance to serve you and know what we should improve, we still hope you can come to try our service again one day. Really thank you for your reply and suggestion, they are very helpful to us. Thank you.
