I checked in about 1pm on Nov 7th, clerk was not happy that I check in a bit early but there's no traffic, so I arrive a bit early. Clerk did not inform me anything about the hotel. She did not provide me information about where is the pool, gym, restaurants, breakfast time.
On 8th, we came downstairs for breakfast at 10.30am, clerk who was at front desk was not friendly to us. She said breakfast is closed and did not offer to provide us with anything for breakfast even thought we paid for breakfast package with our pool front unit.
Checking out on Nov 8th, 2019 at 11.30am, the same clerk was at the front desk. She did not say much it in a nice moose, she asked if I have ฿1,000 bill because she need smaller bill at the hotel. She was not a helpful front desk person and have no concept of customer service in mind.
We left the hotel and drove 2 hours away then I could not find my ID, so we called the hotel. She said my ID was there. We had to drive 2 hours back to get my ID when she forgot to give it back to me after making copy for her file. Moreover, when I get there I saw four IDs there. I asked her, why so many IDs here, she said she forgot to return them to her customers after she made copies of the IDs.
This is terrible!
