I booked and paid for the hotel fees but they said my booking was cancelled on arrival. I did not have a chance to stay and the reception staff didn’t understand English. Hard communication and hard time.

unprofessional
my wife called to this hotel 1day prior our check in day. we inform the staff and also we wrote on the special request while we were doing the reservation that we need single bed. then they gave us twin bed. then i called reception to remind them that we requested 1 single bed. then the receptionist said "sorry im not the one who check you in." strictly 14:00h check in time without even checking the room clean already or not.. they will just tell you "come back here at 14:00h".. during check out.. they called us twice (11:30 & 11:40) to remind us to check-out before 12:00.. breakfast is so awful. sorry expedia but please do not recommend this hotel.

Disappointed
Have stayed at MyHotel on several occasions and been happy with the service and the room and while I understand it is a budget hotel I was very disappointed how the standard of service had lowered and how poor the included breakfast had become. I am afraid I will not use MyHotel again. There are plenty of budget Hotels in Bangkok.

Laatste overnachting Bangkok
De keus was op dit hotel gevallen omdat het relatief dicht bij het Sky train station ligt. (laatste halte) De matige beoordeling was bekend en ingecalculeerd. Deze beoordeling is terecht. Het personeel is onpersoonlijk en de kamer was voor ons gebruikt door mensen met lange zwarte haren. Op zich was de kamer niet slecht. De omgeving is ook oké want je zit lopend snel op de markt in die omgeving. Advies: pak voor dit doel een hotel bij het voorlaatste Sky train station. Ook dicht bij de markt en veel minder druk.

Counter Service
Location is not easy to find. During night time is very dark. We ask for shuttle bus service to bring us in. We are rejected by them. Counter Service was lousy especially the staff name NIGHT. He was impatient and rude. He spoilt our day. Pls.. for check in.. do not ask him to serve you. He have attitude problems. Room have no WiFi. Safe was locked No plug near bed side . Only provide plug near fridge n dressing table. Is very inconvenience. It my first and last time to stay MY HOTEL PRATUNAM.

Eine Nacht in Bangkok
Hatten Flecken und Harre auf der Bettwäsche gehabt, ließen die Wäsche austauschen. Die Lage fürs Shopping ist ganz gut. Die Tuktuk- und Taxifahrer unmittelbar am Hotel Eingang verlangen zu viel.

Reasonable price and good location
Friendly Staff... Food must be improved... We stayed for 4N5D almost the same breakfast. But if you want budget and good place to stay we can recommend this place. Good service especially the driver of the van we rented from the hotel. "Mr Mok"

Hotel staff especially the front desk is not friendly n not helpful . D bathroom needs more refreshment as it smell stinks . Hotel's foods are great . Location Is just an average .

Good choice if location suits you.
The My Hotel Pratunam is located far from the tourist attractions, in an area known for cheap low quality clothing and proximity to the Pantip mall, a 5-story building selling counterfeit electronics and grey market photography equipment. One big advantage is its walking distance to the Phaya Thai station, which connects you to the excellent BTS rail transist system and the express train to the Suvarnabhumi (BKK) international airport. The hotel itself has a good vibe, the staff is friendly, the larger rooms are quite decent -- especially the corner units with 2 windows. Breakfast is included in the price and is basic but you can have the coffee, juice, toast and fried eggs and skip the rest. Overall good value. To me, it feels like home and I always return even though I don't care for the area.

What you pay is what you get
Beware! Hotel can be overbooked and you might get left stranded like me. Hotel reception staff cannot be bothered with you if you have any problem. Only the manager offered to help. Hotel is located in a dark back alley with occasionally a few taxis waiting outside the hotel. Ultimately, what you pay is what you get. Don't give yourself high expectations for this hotel.

Günstig ohne Komfort
Das Hotel ist SEHR zweckmäßig. Die Zimmer sind abgewohnt aber sauber. Das Bad ist jedoch eher Baufällig. Die Fotos im Internet entsprechen nicht dem Zimmer, welches wir hatten. Frühstück ist eindeutig auf das asiatische Klientel abgestimmt. Immerhin es gab Toast und Orangenkonfitüre. Wir waren nur für eine Nacht dort. Daher: Schwamm drüber!

酒店位於曼谷市中心，隣近架空鐵路、夜市和大型購物商場。
總括體驗尚可，建議宜短宿二、三天，酒店位於小路盡頭有點難找，離地鐵BTS Ratchathew步程頗遠約15分鐘。週邊附近環境比較骯髒，小路路窄車多途人險象橫生，偶有援交女子出入。

Nice hotel close to shopping mall
Its a nice small hotel in a small alley. If you go outside and walk for a little you'll find a lot of things to buy and foods. The hotel also nice too even tho it's small but comfortable. The cafe foods is fine. The room is clean, and the housekeeper clean our room everyday which is nice.

Yuk, Will never return
Terrible yuck hotel. I can't wait to get out.Hotel towels and bed sheeting, pillows case are all rip. At breakfast, it is very chaotic, always have to ask to cutlery, serviettes, or wait for food...will not recommended

Lousy service
Very bad service , when I checking in abt 11pm I show them my booking which clearly stated that I already fully pay but the front desk guy keep saying its only comfirm booking but pay n wanted to collect money from me , in the end I have to call hotel.com to call the hotel to settle the problem, when the problem it's resolve the front desk guy did not even say sorry or anything. I will never stay in this hotel again .

Nice Location
Hotel staff were very friendly and when there was a problem they put it right very quickly.. Location very good for railway and markets. Breakfast included free and food very acceptable

For the first day of staying, the Hotel is under some kind of maintenance. Therefore, we are requested to swap to another hotel which is also owned by the owner. The lobby is small and messy but staff are friendly.

Good hotel to stay if you are on a shopping vacation. Quite clean however lift wasn't working for two days and had to carry down luggage all the way from 6th floor. Otherwise, nice place.

Great location for shopaholic
The rooms were small but clean, except that we saw some small cockroaches in the toilet. The walls were thin. We could even hear the toilet flush of the neighboring room. Breakfast is included and there is free wifi if you book from the hotel website. For the wi-fi connection, you will have to key in the username and password almost every time you log in. Great location if you are there to shop. overall, for the price and location, can't really complain.

location was decent, but it was a bit difficult to get to from the airport rail link due to pretty bad traffic at pratunam market area. There is a shorter road via the railway track, but it's not easy with luggage. The room was decent but not clean, with traces of hairs or dust around. But if you need a room for the night, the price was good.

2 night stay in My Hotel in Bangkok was quite comfortable. Good location with only 3 minute walk to pratunam market and BTS Station. this hotel also showed good attitude regarding to serve all customers. when I stayed in My Hotel, I did a mistake that disturbed staff who served me at that time. the interesting point from this experience was the attitude of their staff. I mean, staff still provide nice service and also be polite to me, even I already made mistake and disturbed them. I would appreciate them by having this testimony and serve highly recommendation to stay in My Hotel.

this hotel showed good attitude regarding to serve all customers. when i stayed in My Hotel, i did a mistake that disturbed staff who serve me at that time. the interesting point from this experience was the attitude of their staff. i mean staff still provide nice service and also be polite to me even i already made mistake and disturbed them. i would appreciate them by having this testimony and serve highly recommendation to stay here.

This hotel is does not look the same as photo.is not a great location which u may need 10min walk to shopping area in Bangkok.price wise is value for money.
