ห้องสะอาดมากคะ รวมทั้งห้องน้ำประทับใจมาก​ พนักงานใส่ใจดูแลดีมากแต่จู่ๆกะเข้าห้องมาเลยไม่ตรวจสอบก่อนว่าลูกค้าอยู่ห้องมั้ยก็เยอะไป​ พรวดพราด​เข้ามาสองรอบ รอบสองกำลังหลับอู่เปิดไฟเราเฉยเลย​ ไฟก็ดันอยู่หัวพอดีอีก​ อันนี้ก็ด้วย เตียงที่เรานอนคือเตียงชั้นบนที่ปลายเท้าอยู่ห่างจากเครื่องปรับอากาศราววาหนึ่งและไฟอยู่เพดาลเกือบจะตรงกับหัวเราพอดีสามารถนอนยื่นมือแตะได้​ กลายเป็นว่าไม่รู้จะหันหัวไปทางไหนดี ด้านหนึ่งไฟด้านหนึ่งลม แต่โชคดีที่เพื่อนร่วมห้องมารยาทดีพอเราปรับแอร์แค​่25องศา​ อุณหภูมิ​ที่คิดว่าตัวเองไหว​เขาก็ไม่ดื้อไปเปลี่ยน คราวตอนกลางคืนคะ มีชาวต่างชาติฝั่งเอเชียเองนี่แหละพักกันเป็นครอบครัว มีแม่กับลูกสาวไม่แน่ใจแต่หัวเราะแล้วก็ตระโกนคุยกันตอนเที่ยงคืนตี1บริเวณโถงทางเดิน​ แล้วก็มีลูกชายด้วยส่งเสียงเพลง​วิ่งตึงตังๆ น่ารำคาญ​มาก​ พนักงานควรดูแลมีคนตรวจดูกล้องซึ่งกล้องมีเสียงหน่อยก็จะดี​ ที่เหลือคือดีมากๆ

エクスペリアのホテル案内内容は実際と違和感がかなりある。 行ってみてナニ・・・と思った。 中はとりあえず問題ないレベルだが・・・ドアーがすだれ仕様なので 話し声がやかましく、隣接の冷房が部屋に侵入し寝るとき寒かった。 （ハウスキーピング、ボトルウオーターは５泊中2日のみ。）

Neighbours had sexy time
Room has paper thin walls and doors. Common bathroom was alright, with powerful hairdryer. Beds were rock hard, but bearable. Frontdesk staff knows basic english, but had no idea where some prominent sites are (e.g. Ratchada Rot Fai Night Market). Close to Platinum Mall, Talad Neon Night Market and some Massage Shops. At 4:30am, a couple checked in and had hot sex. The lady moaned so loudly for 20mins, and woke the surrounding neighbours (us and another room). Our other neighbour banged on the wall to shush them, while i got the frontdesk staff. They then toned down, but they still carried on quietly. Walls and doors are so thin that i could hear the sound of lubrication and natural juices during their sexy time. I hope a policy change could be in place to manage such guests. Silent hours should be silent hours!

I paid 35$ for this room and it was an absolute mess, no windows in the room that i felt I'm in jail. Also no help from reception desk i asked them tlto take me a taxi and they said they couldn't do it and i should go in the street and take a taxi. I was so unhappy with the room and service that i checked out at 9pm and booked another hotel for that night. Totally not recommended.

Excellent value
About the best budget accommodation in Bangkok. The room suited us well, we had the 4 person private bathroom suite. Chose the place for the price, but were blown away by the incredible service from the staff. Only stayed one night, but could have stayed a week.

Dont trust the pictures you see!
Do not trust the pictures you see. As soon as we walked in, the staff was not welcoming. He did not even care to check us in. He did not budge for even an earlier check-in. The private rooms were not private. It was a den with a bamboo door. The room was inside a room of two other private rooms. That meant, we did not go to sleep until midnight because we could here other people talking, playing music, slamming the main door, and talking in the hallway in the common area. The door was not even a real door because it was made out of bamboo materials that you can just slide open. The room was dark and dingy, very depressing. Not bright as their picture shows. The bathroom? Nasty and horrible. Mosquitoes around, pubic hair on the shower floor, no hanging space for your toiletries, and blood spots from when other people spit in the sink. There was no continuous cleaning maintenance for a shared bathroom. I would not recommend. Better price and quality you can get elsewhere. There are plenty of other hotels that are cheaper, good quality, rooms with REAL doors, privacy, and private bathrooms.

地點不錯離水門市場很近，床也很舒適，房間很乾淨。不過隔音不好，隔壁講話聲很明顯，會影響睡眠，不然其他都很不錯。

Tolles Hotel mit super Schlafsälen
Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Metro Pratunam Hotel. Die Schlafsäle sind sehr groß, haben aber lediglich 4 Betten und gehören mit zu den saubersten die ich in Asien gesehen habe. Die Betten sind groß und angenehm. Die Gemeischaftsbäder sind ebenfalls groß und super sauber. Das Staff ist sehr freundlich.

지은 지 얼마 안 된 호텔이라 깨끗합니다. 6일 머물렀습니다. 제가 예약한 방이 4층 창가였는데 창 틈으로 위아랫 방 소리가 들렸습니다. 자는 데 방해가 되진 않았습니다만 좀 신경이 쓰였습니다. 옆 방 소리는 들리지 않았습니다. 화장실 두 칸, 욕실 두 칸인데 붐비진 않았습니다. 조식은 볶은밥에 계란(후라이, 오믈렛, 삶은 것 중 하나)과 햄 한 장, 컵라면 두 종류(똠양꿍면, 돈육면), 식빵과 버터, 딸기쨈, 오렌지 주스, 커피, 마일로, 홍차. Ratchaprarop 전철역과는 좀 먼 듯 합니다만 걸어서 갈 만 합니다. Chit Lom역 근처에 있는 Big C Supercenter도 걸어서 갈 만 합니다. 근처에 Neon 야시장이 있는데 밤에 잠깐 나가볼 만 합니다. 왕궁, 카오산까지는 미터 택시로 80바트 정도 나옵니다. TV가 없어서 좀 아쉽긴 했습니다.

I like the hotel. Convenient for four of us. Only thing lobby have lots of mosquitoes. We enjoy staying in this hotel. Nearby to shopping area and very convenient. Friendly staff and if we were given the chance, we will come back and stay here.

Comfy dorm room
We were a party of 5 so had a room to ourselves. Beds were big and comfy, room had a fan and air con. Shared bathroom but super clean and good, warm showers. Rooftop bar is unfortunately shut until further notice. Breakfast was good and made to order. Could walk to night light market which had shops and food options. Also able to walk to boat stop to get into centre of Bangkok for cheap.

Good value for money
The place is in a great location - walking distance to Talad Neon and Pratunam night market. Shared bathroom was super clean and the staff were super friendly. Perfect for budget travellers.

Nice stay in Bangkok
Room picture before booking is different upon arrival, missing table inside. Aircon is strong. Not that near to Pratunam market, may get lost sometimes. But overall, still a pleasant stay.

Extremely clean & comfortable stay w polite staff
Me and my friends were on the shopping spree to Bangkok and we booked the quadruple en-suite bunk bed that is with the personal toilet. One of the thing that we are glad about is to have chosen this hotel. The room is very clean and the room is just plain comfortable. I usually reduce my expectation from what I see in the pictures in the hotel by 40% to avoid the big disappointment. But this hotel is everything it shows on the hotel booking site. We did arrive earlier than the check in time and had to go for one last round of shopping before leaving Bangkok on the last day, which is way pass the check out time. For these 2 situations, the hotel staff politely requested us to leave our luggage with them and collect them again when its time. Unlike some hotel, when they provide this service, they usually tells you to leave it with them at your own risk and you don't feel their sense of responsibility in taking care of your luggage at all. This hotel is the total opposite end. Not only they require you to fill in a quick form for security purpose, they place your luggage locked safely in the room next to the hotel lobby staff. We had the opportunity to use the female shared bathroom for other guests that were there for the B&B, but the bathroom and toilet to my surprise look just as clean and just as new as the pictures shown in the booking sites. All in all, I will definitely go right back to this hotel if I am going back to Bangkok anytime soon

Dormitory type of hotel for backpack travellers.
We stayed there for two nights. When we check-in on 30 Mar, we were looking for a kettle to boil some hot water. Unfortunately, no kettle, no cups, no fridge, and no TV were available in our room! Dormitory type of hotel is not suitable for us because lack of room amenities, and furthermore we did not like a shareable bath room.

1. 호텔 구조가 이상함. 친구가 잡아서 갔는데 커다란 방이 두개가 있고 그 방 한개 안에 복도 양쪽으로 방이 두개 두개가 있음. 그 작은방 하나가 내가 묵은 곳이었음. 안내를 보면 201 202호가 여자방 남자방으로 구분되어 있는데 실제로 그러진 않았음. 남자방에 여자가 있고 또 남자도 있었음. 이럴거면 왜 구분함? 2. 남자 직원은 친절한데 여자 직원은 친절한지 잘모르겠음.

Very clean
We booked the Quadruple En-Suite Bunk Beds for 4 and the room had more than enough space for all of us. The toilet was big as well and room was really clean with make up services every day. Only downside is that the beds were slightly on the hard side which were quite uncomfortable for some. Location was good as talad neon market was just a stone's throw away and 10min walk to pratunam market.

Trevligt litet ställe.
Very clean rooms and the shared bathroom was also very clean and tidy. Very helpful staff. The breakfast is also ok. Located about ten minutes walk from Chit Lom skytrainstation - the hotel staff has a map to give you and are happy to show you how to get there, which gives easy access to the rest of the city and its attractions. We would be happy to stay here again.

房间内部设计得不错，装修也很精致，虽然卫生间是公用的，但卫生状况非常好，最大的不足是房间门隔音太差，需要素质好的房客配合才会有好的住宿体验。最后说一句，早餐是点套餐式的，就餐环境不错。

Everything is good except for the location. Pretty far from BTR and platinum mall especially when you are tired from all the walking. Could have done with a more convenient location. Else all is good and we absolutely love the hotel!
