ไม่ปลื้มเท่าไรค่ะ คิดว่าราคาที่จ่ายไปไม่คุ้มกับการได้รับ บรรยากาศและ location โอเคค่ะ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องน้อยเกินไป ควรคิดถึงว่านักท่องเที่ยวไม่ได้ใช้ห้องแค่นอนนะค่ะ มันเป็นทุกอย่างของพวกเขาเลยทีเดียว ห้องกว้าง มีแค่เตียง ควรจะมีโต๊ะกับเก้าอี้สักชุดหนึ่ง หรือโซฟาที่นั่งผ่อนคลายได้ค่ะ ห้องน้ำไม่สะดวกสบายเท่าที่ควร ถ้งขยะไม่มีให้ ไฟอ่านหนังสือก็ไม่มี ไม่ใช่ 3 ดาวแน่นอนค่ะ คิดว่าคงจะนำไปปรับปรุงอะไรได้บ้างนะค่ะ ขอบคุณค่ะ

ใกล้ BTS นานาและ มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องพัก เช่น กระติกน้ำร้อน อ่างอาบน้ำ ตู้เย็น ที่ล้างจาน เตาไมโครเวฟ จาน ช้อน แก้ว พร้อมสำหรับอุ่นอาหารได้เลยค่ะ ที่พักอยู่ในย่านของร้านอาหารกลางคืน เช่น ร้านอาหาร ร้านเหล้า ฯลฯ ส่วนใหญ่เป็นชาวต่างชาติ อาหารเช้าหลากหลาย

The rooms had roaches. There was a roach in the refrigerator when we got into the room, then we saw one ran from under the bed I woke in the middle of the night and there were roaches running on the toilet seat and they were in the bath. When I contacted the front desk all they said they could do is use bug spray. I asked about a refund even for one night they said no madam not at this time. I would not recommend this hotel. The whole hotel needs to be fumigated.

The room was infested with roaches, the first one I saw was in refrigerator then we saw some running from under the bed. I woke to use the bathroom there was a roach running around on the toilet seat in the shower. I reported this 2 times the only thing they offered to do was to spray the room with bug spray. I have bad allergies and I could not be locked in a room with bug spray. I had family staying in another room and they said the towels smell like bug spray. I would not recommend this hotel not even for my dogs

The area was ok, if your into clubbing and bars this is the area to be. A lot of night life. The room we got was the Grand Superior twin room. There is nothing grand or superior. The room had no window! We also had to kill a cockroach as soon as we walked into the room. No body soap. I would never stay here again or recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff was very nice. However one significant issue was bug infestation (cockroaches) in my room. I reported it and staff sprayed my room. This did not solve the problem. This was completely unacceptable. I would never re-book this hotel.

Grand president is always my go to hotel.this time I went busy period Chinese lunar new year , Pami the ever smiling lovely lady at reception have me early checking even reception staff milk another excellent staff always willing to help . Rooms are super clean supper breakfast. Nong at the concierge super. Grand president see you again soon.

Nice place but old design and furniture
Overall nice place to stay. Furnishings are dated and old, but in ok condition. Shower was the best I've used in Thailand. There were scribbles on the walls and furniture was chipped and damaged in places. Room is quite large and comfortable.

衰えたプレジデントグループ
プレジデントグループは以前よく使っていたが、久しぶりに泊まってみて、設備投資や人件費をだいぶ削減しているように思う。 館内のあちこちに老朽化が目立つし、室内スリッパはペナペナの紙ですぐにダメになる。ドアマンもいなくなりスタッフも少ないので、セキュリティも少々心配なレベル。

The property was old and the rooms are out of date. Beds were clean but I killed three roaches during my stay.
