I book club room the booking was mistake to book twin room but the club manager was not coping problem well and rude . Other staffs is great

Komfortabelt ophold. Fremragende morgenmadsbuffet. God wifi-forbindelse. Fortrinlig beliggenhed tæt op skytrain og metro. Desværre forlød det, at hotellet lukker om kort tid, da bygningen skal ombygges til butikscenter.

It was a rocky start to our stay with two tired, ill-equipped rooms spaced far apart so that we were separated from our school aged children by a very long hallway. Staff were very responsive and professional, however, and corrected their mistake after the first night—upgrading our family to two lovely junior suites for the remainder of our stay. The hotel is undergoing extensive renovations shortly so the parts that are tired will be modernised. The attentiveness of the hotel staff left an impression and will likely persuade us to return again once they reopen.

It is such ashame that Dusit Thani will be closing down forever.
We got a warm welcome and a room upgrading to a deluxe room. The room was nice, but a bit smelly.
