Good location and clean property. Facilities were nice. Air conditioning in our room was not very strong and we could not adjust it however it was manageable.

I stayed in Amara in 2016 and upon my return to Bangkok, there was no need to search further: amazing beds, wonderful reception staff, beautiful pool and views from the sky bar, perfect location. I will return as soon as possible!

OK stay
We had an OK stay at Amara Bangkok. We got our room 1.5 hours AFTER check-in time. So bad. As compensation, we received three drink tickets for non-alcoholic drinks... Time is money. And we would have rather had our room on time instead of sitting in the lobby and waiting. Overall somewhat tired hotel, especially in the pool area. There were also few sunbeds.

The hotel staff is very kind and attentive. The views from the room are spectacular and the room as well. We were in a room with a bath and we loved it. With a welcome cocktail and some snacks. The breakfast buffet is very worthwhile.

LOVED the rooftop! Staff were very helpful and friendly. We took taxis (Grab), so no comment on parking. The place was wonderful and easy walking to good restaurants and a night market. The on-site food and drink was great as well. Would very much recommend staying here.

L’hôtel est agréable avec un personnel aux petits soins.Malheureusement, le métro San Yan est à 900m et pas très pratique quand on veut rejoindre l’hôtel à pied. Pour dîner à l’extérieur, il y a bien quelques restaurants mais la rue est peu fréquentée le soir. On peut dîner plus loin dans un mall mais à 900m ou à l’hôtel bien sûr.

Thank you for your kind review of our hotel. The next time you visit Amara Bangkok please ask our concierge team as they are well-versed in local restaurants and cultural centers which are quite close to the hotel. They would be very happy to accommodate your needs.
Very thing was super clean, lots of food options around. The staff is very helpful and goes above and beyond. I’d recommend getting the breakfast, it is worth it.

Thank you for your review. Apologies for the inconvenience caused while staying at the hotel but I do hope that you still have a good time with us. All of our rooms do provide complimentary tea & coffee for all our guests and it is kept in the draws. Next time when you visit Amara please call us if you are not able to it as we would be more than happy to help you.
I loved the service at this property. The room was fairly spacious and clean, and the hotel is in a central location - close to the Silom area of Bangkok.
The only thing missing from the room are USB ports for charging of devices.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber noch immer ein schönes Hotel mit tollem Pool und Ausblick. Nur die Klimaanlage war scheinbar kaput. Sie ließ sich nicht einstellen, war laut und kühlte das Zimmer auf Tiefsttemperaturen. Ohne ging aber auch nicht.
