"Lovely grand hotel. Check in staff really helpful. Lovely Pool though maintenance required on pool step at deep end. Waiting staff at Coconuf Pool bar need to smile and be more attentive, very unfriend, even though you had a service charge automatically placed on your drink order! "

"Lovely hotel on the river with water taxi boat to take to the other side of river to take rapid transit system to the main shopping areas. Excellent breakfast buffet! Did not use the pool on rooftop deck but drinks and food were very pricey up there!"

"Pros- corner room was nice. Breakfast was good. Cons- i got food poisoning at the hotel restaurant. Most likely the prawns (thai dish). Told me 20% off but did not apply then when receiving the bill. Considering the cost of the dinner, i was extremely disappointed in all aspects. Pool was cold at 3pm despite 36 celcius. Not a lot of sunlight hits the pool area. Construction all around the hotel ongoing. "
