"Great hotel right on the main road into Banff. It is on the far end of the strip but still a nice walk to get through the downtown area.. enjoyed the spa area in the hotel after our long hikes"

"Beautiful room"

"Honestly, the pictures do not look anything like the room we had not to mention I booked on Expedia, not thinking when I got to the resort that there would be extra fees that I had to pay, and when I booked, they did not say that I would have to pay for parking extra all it said was that there was parking on site not that you had to pay for it and the resort fees you would think that’s included in the Expedia price seeing as the room was over $600."

"Superb stay"

I mentioned it to the staff at the front desk in the morning and they brushed it off. I mentioned it the next day and got the same kind of "can't do anything...

"This property has been updated to provide guests with a wonderful experience. The rooms are spacious. The amenities are wonderful. The bathrobe and slippers in the room are better than the Banff Fairmont (we experienced both). The new NORA spa is outstanding, but the steam room was not working when we were there. Everything else was terrific, though. We enjoyed this property, and the coffee shop in the lobby was a convenient bonus."
