"Everything about the accommodation was great, 9/10. The only thing we find that could use some improvement is the top blanket material, it was rough, but the bedding that skin touches are soft so it wasn't all bad - just wish that the entire bed is all soft and cozy. One recommendation and this could just be us, the room was very dry, we had the Jacuzzi on-suite and used that everyday, but I don't think the humidity was enough, because both of us still wake up in the morning with a dry throat....

"I understand that you pay a premium to stay in resorts like Banff, but I still expected more value. The room was basic and small though clean. The refrigerator was tiny. Coffee in the lobby was only available during certain hours. Overall, the experience was pleasant, but I expected greater bang for the buck."

"At check in very friendly staff. Motel it self very nice and clean. Room a bit small but we did so much activity we were really in the room. Pool area very clean. Public toilets very clean. Outside area was beautiful."

"Stayed here for convenience to roam around Banff downtown and Banff national parks/lakes. Price is affordable on how close are you to places and accessibility to buses or shuttles around the area. The lodge is also clean and well-maintained by staff. I really had an amazing stay here."

"Hotel was good! But for the price the rooms could have been nicer and more upgraded. It was a little tired and needs to be refreshed. The e bikes were awesome!!! Super convenient and plenty available. Staff was amazing! Views were fabulous! But you can hear the highway below. But view was well worth the slight noise. Overall good hotel. We enjoyed our stay!"
