"Convenience and near tourist attractions"

"Can't say enough good things about this property! We had a lovely view from our balcony, which was a treat at all hours. The room was comfortable and quiet. We sampled the menu at the on-site resturant numerous times and thoroughly enjoyed each meal. Additionally, all the staff were delighful. As a key example the smoke detector in our room started chirping loudly at 5 AM. The individual at the front desk and a coworker arrived within minutes of our call and changed out the failing battery...

"This hotel is within the Banff National Park on the Bow River. There are mountains everywhere you look and a beautiful nature trail that takes you right into downtown Banff which is along the river. The hotel experience was wonderful in all ways - beautiful room, delicious breakfast and afternoon snacks, (we did the Gold experience which I would highly recommend) heated pools, restaurants, and morning yoga classes. The staff were exceptional also. We can’t wait to return!"
