"We found our room to be pristine, as expected. We stayed 2 nights on either side of our backpacking trip and enjoyed each stay. The staff was very friendly and super helpful when trying to figure out how to get places or where to eat. The only negative thing I can say, and it's more on me, is that on our first night our pillows were thick and firm and my neck was sore the next morning. The 2nd night we stayed, we had thinner, softer pillows. I'm sure if I had just asked, they would have brought me a more comfortable pillow on our first night. I would definitely stay at this hotel again - and hope I get the opportunity to."
