"Our overall check‑in experience was subpar. The room we were assigned faced a back alley, which was not indicated in the description. Earplugs and a white noise machine were provided in the room to help alleviate the early morning noise of the delivery trucks. Had that information been clear, we would have chosen a different room type. We were only there for one night, mountain views were our only request . "The room was clean and comfortable. However, we unknowingly booked a room where the bed was up a spiral staircase from the main area that had the bathroom. A little difficult to get suitcases up the stairs and a little annoying to have to go downstairs to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking on site was an extra charge (~ $15 Canadian), but that didn't seem unreasonable and plenty of parking spaces. Nice to be close to downtown...

"It is in a beautiful location but remote which requires a shuttle to get into town. That requires a one hour notice which can be quite constricting. You will be doing lots of walking to get to the shuttle spot. The rooms are very poorly lit and have no usb connections so you do need to remember to bring a plug. There is no elevator which means you carry your bags up the stairs."

"We received a warm welcome ahead of our check-in time. Inside and outside were beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the spacious room as well as the hot tub and both saunas. Our room was turned over nicely each morning and any requests we had were answered positively. It was a short walking distance to the downtown strip which we enjoyed each day we were in Banff."
