"Very clean and comfy room with windows we could open. Very nice coffee/tea/cocoa service in the mornings! Nice bathroom amenities. Soap was wonderful for the sink and shower! Very very central there in Banff where we were able to walk everywhere! Lovely walks along the Bow River nearby! Didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub but nice area on the roof!"

"Great location, lovely rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Included breakfast was a real bonus and of decent quality, really saved us time each morning thinking about and finding somewhere to eat - a great start to each day. Breakfast staff excellent."

"Towels were scratchy and poor quality. Most of the food in the morning was not hot. Carpet in the room where dogs are allowed does not make sense. Someone entered our room and may have taken our good shampoo. No Do Not Enter signs were available. No fresh coffee was provided. Only a machine that produced poor coffee and looked old."

"A comfortable stay in a convenient location for the Main Street with restaurants and shops. 3-day Roam bus pass included for free. One downside was the noisy air conditioning, which had to be turned off regularly and throughout the night."
