"The hotel is advertised incorrectly on all sites. The hotel is not a bad place to stay, but is overpriced for the experience. There is no laundry or dry cleaning services, there is only one hot tub for the entire hotel, there is no room service other than cleaning (and they will come in your room whether you have the Do Not Disturb sign on the door or not), the included breakfast is not worth it since there is much better food within a 2 min walk. "Excellent location with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The paid parking in the basement was very convenient when you consider how hard it is to get parking in town. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free experience, and I would gladly stay here again."

"Everything was great here, staff were super helpful. So conveniently located for banff NP and can walk to downtown area where all the shops and restaurants are at. Room was super clean. Get great amenities like being able to use the pool/ hot tub for the hotel next door and they give you tea, hot chocolate or coffee to for you to make. Great place and will definitely stay here again when we come back!"

"Second stay here. Great location and kind staff. We found the washroom in our room too dimly lit so brighter Lights would be a great improvement. Jets in the hot tub weren’t fully functioning. The breakfast was amazing! All and all a great place."
