Its the best that Bandung has, which arguably isnt that much but still. Breakfast was ok, hotel did their best with the room though there are clear signs of datedness. Its also very near some cafes, restaurants and tourist attractions. Id stay here again if i ever came back to Bandung.
The hotel's facilites (gym, sauna and swimming pool) are clean, good maintenence and look like new. The staff are friendly too. Family friendly hotel near ITB and Parahyangan Universities.
Ketika sedang antrian check in, salah seorang petugas mempersilakan saya melakukan check in di Lantai 16 ( executive lounge ) agar Saya tidak menunggu terlalu lama. Proses check in Di Lantai 16 berlangsung sangat cepat dengan pelayanan executive customer walaupun kami tidak memesan executive rooms. Terima kasih atas keramahan petugas reception di Lantai 16
The hotel is pretty new but the building is not really well maintained compare to well-known chained hotel that has been existed for many years back.
The room is comfy enough. Breakfast is just ok and very standard for 5 ⭐️ hotel.

great place , friendly and helpful staff
the breakfast buffet on the ground floor is amazing , one day they had us go up to the roof top bar for breakfast , didn't like it up there as much
1. Suara knalpot dan klakson kendaraan sangat bising bahkan jam 00.30-04.00 banyak kendaraan yg kebut-kebutan. Sy hanya istirahat selama 3 jam sepanjang malam.
2. Door closer tidak dapat menutup sempurna. Pintu harus ditutup sendiri agar terkunci dari luar
3. Suhu maksimum air panas hanya terasa hangat suam-suam kuku saja, tidak terasa panas.
4. Kelebihan, Staff ramah dan helpfull

Staff was very polite and helpful
Property hygiene need to improve (maybe because the pandemic)
Property views, ambience, location was excellent
The free coffee & tea wasnt stocked and as well as the tissue in the room. The elevator was so long and its always full so most times people are squeezing in eventhough it says social distancing. There was no stairs so we cant actually use stairs to the room.
The hotel was barely new, and i booked 2 connecting room for 2 days for my family.
The room was great, with minimalis design but functional. The Big room and cozy bed always be my attention, and i enjoy it so much. Big 50" TV and lots of lamps. 👍

I can say that this is so disappointed. I stayed at Pullman at the end of May weekend.
1. We arrived there 11:30. Receptionist asked us to wait till our room prepared and explained to me it will be finished in an hour. And she promised me to call when the room is ready. But I never had a phone call from hotel.
2. We came back hotel at 8pm from our journey. Our room was ready. But our lugguages were missed. So we had to wait till they find our lugguage (It does not take so long time but I can not beilieve it is happended in 5 star hotel)
3. Next day morning we went down for having breakfast. But there were lots of people on the waiting list. So I listed up my room number on the waiting list and asked to call to our room when our turn is coming. But she never called me till 10:20. (We waited over 50 mins) so I went down and had a look waiting list. THERE ARE OVER 10 TEAMS WENT IN even they came much later than us. We almost could not have breakfast. And I complained about it and asked them to let us have dinner till 11 am.
4. Seems Pullman bandung is not ready to have many customers. It is full of waiting...
So I hope Pullman hotel should know it and improve those things for other customers.
