"stayed 6 days. excellent in all ways."

"though we did not get room that we wanted .. the staff was very helpfull excellent room service food.. for us staff shines through"

"We had the best stay here- we regretted not staying for longer. We arrived 8.30am and Ammar at reception gave us an early check-in free of charge which was the best start for our mini moon. The complimentary treats were wonderful and made us feel at home. The Spa treatment was one of the best ever had - we had the best sleep ever after a long flight. The breakfast was phenomenal - especially the ghee roast dosa and vada, sambar and chutneys. We wish we could have stayed for longer."

"Exceptional breakfast"

"I had paid for the shuttle and breakfast . When I called hotel for shuttle , they asked me to pay Rs 1800. I had to hire my own Uber to goto the hotel from airport. It is not fair for the customer. I request Expedia to refund that payment I paid for shuttle"

"Very basic and a tiny room"

"Room was very tiny, hotel had a very bad feeling. They charged me more than what I paid for Harvard Johnson, which included breakfast, in another city last week. This was a HUGE waste of money."

"The property is over 100 years old and yet it is maintained really well. Location is close to very busy area which is good. Staff are very helpful. Room was bigger than I expected. Breakfast is ok. Something in case of emergency."

"Good staff but difficult location."
