The property is excellent—clean, with friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast buffet is truly 5-star. The only drawback is navigating the area, as traffic and construction can be challenging. However, it remains the best property in the neighborhood.

Perfect place to stay in busy Mumbai in a safe neighbourhood Goregaon. Staff are very attentive and happy to help in every way possible to assist. Rooms need to be brought up to modern standards in few areas but not a major criticism. Rooftop pool is perfect to cool off.

The check-in was smooth. I appreciate they helped me check-in earlier. There were few problems to the washroom door inside the door which took around 45 mins to be fixed, which I didn't like to be honest. Another thing the right door key was not provided. Initially I stayed for an hour without electricity in the room. Even after calling multiple times I got the right key after 1-1.5 hours of my checkin.
