"The apartment was spacious but the furniture was Low quality. Check in was also not as smooth. Messaged the property for check in instructions but didn’t receive any response. Had to call Expedia to help get a response from the property. But was still not clear on the procedures. On top of it, the property did not have a reception."

"The building was old and in poor state (the photo advertised is not reflective) When we arrived after a long journey, we were told we needed a pin to enter the building. We had to pay a deposit of 300 ringgit to get this pin, and we were told that it may take 45 minutes to get the pin sometimes. "The property is at a convenient location nd shopping closed by. There was no taxi stand nearby so you have to rely on Grub and Wifi Access. In the lobby, they don't provide any help to call taxi or Grab. At a minimum, WiFi access is required in the lobby. Overall the place is great."

"There was mould in the ceiling, stains on the sofa and bed sheets, peeling paintwork on the wall and ants on bed and the dining table. "Scammed by this property. It was obviously an apartment owned by someone, this is not a hotel or serviced apartment. It is a 14 blocks condo! Payment made on the spot via Expedia but no response from property via Expedia or WhatsApp! Phone line was not reachable. Terrible terrible! NOT RECOMMENDED! "

"Duplex room @ eco nest is fun and enjoyable. Room is clean with most daily necessity available for use. The stay has plenty of facilities to enjoy (require booking) such as pool side private pool lounge and rooftop bbq pit. Host is super responsive and helpful too in catering to our needs. "Nothing that’s really terrible but when we are greeted by stains on the dining table, walls and sofa, it really sets the tone for the entire stay. Makes you wonder how dated this property is even though it isn’t, I think it’s high time for some maintenance works."

"Fantastic place to stay overnight when in JB as the hotel is just 1 street away from Komta JBCC. Staff are helpful and friendly. Even the housekeeper greeted me when they saw me. A lot of eating places around. Highly recommend!"

"Hotel and staff were fantastic and the food was excellent. The only negative is there isn't anything around within walking distance as far as restaurants and shops.
