"The rooms were HUGE, and staff excellent. Be aware, this old building does not have an elevator. My family friend, 79 years old, had a difficult time with the stairs. "I recently had a good 5 night stay here with my girlfriend. Room was large and clean. However the room and hotel is generally a little tired and could do with a makeover. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was decent enough. The hotel was close enough to the big shopping centre with cinema, ice rink, and bowling and also the bars.
