"The pool wasn’t open because they closed it for private adult parties, the staff didn’t let us know at check in and when we asked if we could get a pass to the pool at another Hyatt the staff literally told me to “call corporate” if I wasn’t happy. Just a terrible experience."

"Got there at 10:45 pm and kitchen made something for us after a long day of travel. Bar staff and reception were nice. Having the shuttle is a definite bonus, drivers were kind. Coffee readily available. Nice pillows and nice bed. Would definitely stay again."
