"Staff members were friendly"

"We Stayed 3 nights at the Rio Mar in a King beach view room that was large and lovely. The view was beautiful from our little terrace. We enjoyed the huge luxurious bathroom with the soaking tub, shower and 2 vanities. Everyone we encountered on the staff was super welcoming, kind and helpful . My husband was born in Puerto Rico and loves all of the native foods in the region. This hotel offered so many great restaurants but our 2 favorites were Iguanas Puerto Rican cuisine and Roots...

"Very attentive and diligent staff. Excellent facilities for enjoying the weekend with family at the hotel pool area, while still having your own fully equipped flat that feels like home. For larger groups, it's an ideal choice because you have your own space to cook, watch a movie, and even do laundry, while still enjoying the hotel amenities."

"This was our favorite stay while in Puerto Rico. The hosts were so helpful and kind. Any recommendations they gave did not disappoint. Not to mention their delicious home made breakfast served every morning. We were affected by the water shortage but the hosts made sure we always had gallons of water provided to help reduce any inconvenience. We cannot recommend them enough!!!"

"Localidad espectacular, espacios a utilizar super limpios, la anfitriona y su staff UN 20/10! Gracias!!"

"Excelente alojamiento, muy limpio y cómodo. El anfitrión fue muy amable y atento. Todo estuvo perfecto. ¡Sin duda volvería!"

"This precious property is located directly on the river and you can hear the waterfalls from the bedroom windows! The sweet sounds of the coquis are like lullabies after a day exploring this treasure. Will stay again."

"Very nice and clean. The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful with recommendations around the area. Absolutely recommended"

"The room was spotless, very well maintained, and looked like new. It has its own mini kitchenette, refrigerator, and a small sitting area, which was very convenient. It’s very close to the beach and exactly as shown in the pictures. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Entiendo que el proceso de check in se puede agilizar al enviar el pin y el código de acceso, el mismo día que se permita acceder a la propiedad."

"Close to the beach. And it's basically a private beach. Nice if you like camping style amenities. Quiet and in a real town away from the tourist areas short drives to very good food. Would recommend."

"It was a nice and peaceful day and night. Parking was always available. The place was clean and comfy. This was my second time staying in this place. Good memories."

"This my 3rd time at El Conquistador and as always, it was an amazing experience. Can’t wait to come back!"

"Worth every penny! Amazing staff, great customer experience!!"

"The place was cozy and nice for the price. Showerhead might need cleaning with vinegar and water as the pressure was weak and TV didnt come with channels set. Other then that. Awesome"
