"Séjour de 2 nuits à l’hôtel, nous étions 2 adultes et 3 ados. Nous logions dans un lodge a côté du bâtiment principale au rez de chaussé. La chambre était spacieuse et agréable. Nous avons très bien dormi. Nous avons garé gratuitement notre voiture sur le parking de l’hôtel et avons tout fait à pied (environ 40mn de marche de la vielle ville). "

"The property was always neat and clean. The property staff paid attention to details and provided lots of helpful information about transportation, food options, and laundry services. The WiFi services were great and transportation stops were close by. Lovely and cozy guest house and the area around it."

"Quaint stone house converted in to a 10 room hotel. These are quite common in Edinburgh, and there are quite a few of them in the same area. Recently renovated and clean. The other guests were all quite which was nice. A short distance from the action of the Royal Mile, about 10 min by buses that run ever few minutes. WiFi was very slow, but other then that it was a great place to stay and I would stay here again."

"Our suite here was amazing. Tons of space, beautiful soaker tub, and overall, we had such a wonderful time here. It was nice to have the couch and table and chairs for sitting and the mini fridge was great for keeping some snacks. Would absolutely recommend. The only small downfall was the Holyrood suite faces the street on the first floor and with our window open to keep it cool at night it was a bit loud for such a quiet area. "Sorry that there was no elevator, but because it is an historical property, it can not be installed. Staff was wonderful and breakfast and the room it was served was beautiful. Well worth the money if you can do 47 steps to the top floor. Were in our late 70’s and we did it!!!! Great spot and great people running it."
